Last month, I had the pleasure of attending a

Dear Mr. Lee,
At the 2002 MAIA convention I purchased your Step-By-Step success guide. As
a busy school/gym manager (650+ members) I have been struggling to have time
to read it all. As a result I've been implementing elements on the fly, as
it were. Step one was to adapt your interview sheet to fit our operation. Step
two was to implement an "after class interview / possible close" procedure.
Utilizing this along with a principle I learned from the "School Talk" presentation
at the MAIA convention my front office staff (2 sales girls) was able to close
7 members in 6 minutes on 18-month memberships. Further in the last 6 business
days we have sold 32 memberships and this is clearly not a busy time of year.
It is my belief that we should nearly double our enrollment in the next 2 years
thanks to a large degree to your information...

Immediate
results… prospects sell themselves!
I had recently purchased the Step By Step Success
System and I am ecstatic about the immediate results I have
seen. My school, MVP Tae Kwon Do Center, has been open for
a little over a month and we recently had our Grand Opening
celebration. I had received your system a couple of days before
the event and I studied as much of it as I could. My biggest
concern has been closing sales and handling objections. I had
listened to the CDs in my car and practiced interviews with
my girlfriend. Within the last 2 weeks since the Grand Opening
I have tripled the enrollment of my school from 6 students

I think the seminar was great. I cannot
say that I enjoyed one part more than the rest, but I think
you’re a great salesman and sales trainer. I think
selling is an art in itself and you demonstrated that you
mastered it! You’ve given us some great tips and
ideas, especially the overcoming objections bit. It is
a shame that too many martial artists do not give selling
the attention it deserves. I also like your presentation
style, which I found informative and entertaining at the

I
wasted two months trying to do what Tommy already did!
Systems are important to me, so I've had my staff working for the past two
months creating a better telephone inquiry and tracking system. I'm both sad
and happy to say that I wasted two months of time and money because Tommy's
system does everything I had hoped for and much more, and I can simply buy
it at a very reasonable cost and implement it immediately.
Tommy Lee's seminar was like good martial arts -- no wasted time, no showy
or flashy movements without substance, an solid principles and strategies to
deal with the expected or unexpected. I have no doubts that my staff and I
